Terms & Conditions

These are the rules that govern the use of tonyzales.com. By creating an account or placing an order you accept the terms set out below. Last updated: 26 June 2026.

1.About us

Tonyzales is an Estonian private limited company (osaühing) registered under code 17173259, with its registered office at Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, and EU VAT identifier EE102829396. We sell digital codes for immediate use on videogame and related platforms. We are not a regulated financial entity and we do not provide payment services to third parties.

To reach us, write to [email protected]. These terms are offered in Spanish and English; in case of any discrepancy between versions, the version in the language in which they were presented to you at purchase prevails.

2.User account and authentication

To buy, you must be of legal age under the law of your country of residence and have legal capacity to contract. You need an account with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. We do not accept guest checkout for security and anti-fraud reasons.

You can sign in with email and password or through a third-party provider (Google or Facebook). If you use a third-party provider, you are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of that provider.

You are responsible for keeping your password, your authenticator app data and your backup codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your second factor you can use one of the backup codes or contact customer service. We never ask for passwords or codes through chat, email or social media.

3.Contract formation, prices and VAT

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm payment and make the code available in your account; you will also receive an email confirmation.

All prices are shown in the currency you choose and include applicable VAT where relevant. Currency conversion is calculated at checkout using exchange rates updated hourly, so the final price in your local currency may vary slightly from earlier views due to normal market fluctuation.

4.Payment methods

We accept card payments (via Stripe), PayPal, crypto, Zelle with manual proof verification, and Binance Pay. Processing fees depend on the method and are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm the purchase.

5.Delivery of the digital product

Codes are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within 3 to 5 minutes. Cryptocurrency payments may take longer depending on blockchain confirmations. Zelle payments are delivered after an agent manually verifies the proof of payment.

The code stays hidden in your account until you choose to reveal it. Once revealed, it is considered delivered and, except for the cases covered by the conformity guarantee and the returns policy, the transaction is non-reversible.

6.Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the confirmation of your order, to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU and Estonian law.

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, this right is preserved as long as you have not revealed the code in your account. By revealing a code you expressly request its immediate delivery and acknowledge that, at that moment, you lose the right of withdrawal; that is why the reveal step requires your express confirmation before the code is shown to you.

If you have not yet revealed the code and wish to withdraw within the 14-day period, write to [email protected] with your order number; any unambiguous statement works and, if you prefer, you can use the model form below. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice at the latest, using the same method you paid with. If you paid with crypto and a refund to the source wallet is not possible, we agree an equivalent refund method with you at no cost.

Model withdrawal form (you can copy and send this text): «To Tonyzales ([email protected]): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of purchase for order no. [order number], placed on [date]. Consumer’s name. Date.»

7.Conformity guarantee and returns

As a consumer you are entitled to codes that conform to what was contracted. If a code turns out to be invalid, already used or non-functional through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund, under EU rules on the supply of digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770) and Estonian law.

The detailed conditions (which cases we cover, time limits and how to file a claim step by step) are in our returns policy.

See returns policy

8.Prohibited uses

You may not use the platform to resell purchased codes, automate purchases through bots or scripts, bypass our anti-fraud checks, impersonate other people, launder money or finance illicit activity. Any such attempt will result in immediate account closure and, where appropriate, a report to the competent authorities.

We reserve the right to block, hold or manually verify any order linked to persons, payment instruments or locations subject to international sanctions (OFAC, UN, EU, OFSI, Estonia) or where applicable law requires it.

9.Right of admission

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without explaining the decision, where reasonable grounds exist related to security, regulatory compliance, suspicion of fraud, abuse of the platform or reputational risk.

Where an order is rejected, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method when the payment was made with Stripe or PayPal. For crypto orders, a refund to the source wallet is not technically possible; the details of how we resolve those cases are explained in the returns policy. We only apply this clause where there is a concrete reason, and never in a discriminatory way; Estonian and EU law set the limits.

10.Intellectual property

The Tonyzales brand, the panda mascot, the hexagonal logo and the editorial content on the site are property of Tonyzales. They may not be used, reproduced or modified without prior written permission.

The codes sold represent licences or credits issued by their respective owners (CipSoft GmbH for Tibia, among others). All rights over the products and platforms involved belong to their legitimate owners.

11.Limitation of liability and force majeure

Tonyzales delivers valid, verified codes at the time of dispatch. We are not liable for subsequent account blocks, changes to the original provider terms of service, temporary unavailability of third-party platforms or unilateral decisions by the owner of the digital product.

We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as third-party provider failures, network outages or cyberattacks. Except where the law does not allow such a limitation, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

12.Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law. Our privacy policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long and how to exercise your rights.

See privacy policy

13.Changes

We may update these terms when applicable law changes, when we add new payment methods or when we modify internal processes. The current version is always displayed on this page with the last-update date at the bottom.

For material changes, we will notify customers with an active account by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect.

14.Governing law, dispute resolution and general provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you as a consumer under the law of your EU country of residence; in particular, as a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you can turn free of charge to an alternative dispute resolution body. In Estonia, the competent body is the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), an independent body attached to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, ttja.ee). If you reside in another EU country, you can turn to the alternative dispute resolution body in your country or to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

If any clause of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tonyzales regarding the use of the platform.
